1. Applicability

These terms apply to all services provided by Form Studio (Zoë Baarh), including pattern development, digitizing, grading, 3D validation and technical documentation.

2. Quotations & Confirmation

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 14 days.
Work will commence after written confirmation of scope and pricing.

3. Pricing

All prices are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
Final pricing may vary depending on complexity and scope.

---

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date.
For larger projects, a 50% advance payment may be required.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Revisions

One revision round is included unless otherwise agreed.
Additional revisions or scope changes will be charged separately.

---

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are agreed upon before project start.
Form Studio is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client input.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the total invoice amount of the relevant project.
Form Studio is not responsible for production outcomes, manufacturing errors, or fabric-related issues beyond the provided technical files.

8. Intellectual Property

All files and technical materials remain property of Form Studio until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered files for production purposes.

9. Confidentiality

All shared materials and information will be treated confidentially.

---

10. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
