2D to 3D Fit Validation

Once a pattern is developed in 2D, it can be translated into a 3D garment simulation.

The digital garment is tested on an avatar built from either in-house measurements or a client-provided size chart.

This allows early-stage analysis of:

• Fit balance and silhouette

• Tension and strain areas

• Proportion and construction behavior

• Overall garment structure before physical sampling

3D validation serves as a technical evaluation tool within the workflow. It supports early correction and reduces unnecessary physical sampling rounds.
