2D to 3D Fit Validation
Once a pattern is developed in 2D, it can be translated into a 3D garment simulation.
The digital garment is tested on an avatar built from either in-house measurements or a client-provided size chart.
This allows early-stage analysis of:
-
Fit balance and silhouette
-
Tension and strain areas
-
Proportion and construction behavior
-
Overall garment structure before physical sampling
3D validation serves as a technical evaluation tool within the workflow. It supports early correction and reduces unnecessary physical sampling rounds.
Integrated Workflow
By combining digital drafting, structured grading and 3D validation, the development process becomes:
-
More controlled
-
More scalable
-
More efficient
-
Better aligned with production standards
This integrated technical approach supports brands and production partners in building garments that are not only visually aligned, but structurally ready for production.
